We support a variety of routes into teaching, including School Direct, School-Centred Initial Teacher Training, Teacher Apprenticeship programmes, Teach First and PGCEs.
The BTSA is committed to attracting, training and developing recently qualified teachers. Through the BTSA the Castle View School offers opportunities to train to teach in a range of subject areas.
The team has made a commitment to work together through the School Direct programme with TES Institute (formerly Hibernia College UK) to provide the very best school-based teacher training programmes in the infant, primary and secondary sector.
